CREAM!!!!!!!!
The concert last night was GREAT!!!! They played everything there was to play. I was very glad to be there although the song "I'm so glad" is a bit annoying and repetitve ha! The after "CREAM" event at BB Kings was alot of fun but it was freezing in there, they had the air conditioning way high and it was clod outside. I didn't stay til the end because it was already 1am and I had to work today. I'm really tired now....... I went with John, my fiance'....he and I are pictured above in Martha's Vineyard from this past summer. what a gorgeous place.......

Artie called me this morning to phone in his review. He first saw them when they played at, get this, Hunter College way back when.... He was a bit less enthused than you. Thought they had moments of greatness and moments where they just were not geling. He also said it was the oldest group of white men he's seen at a concert or any room for that matter, in years...
I got to see a bit of Who TV last night but not a lot...

Further to my original post, Artie did say that Ginger Baker was unbelievable and that Clapton had moments where he lived up to his nickname: God.... Glad that you had a great time. If not so expensive a ticket (these rockers are pissing me off bigtime with the prices, The Who included) I might have considered getting one myself.

Yes, I did a bit of cleaning up. Most of the visitors to my blog have been sweet and kind people. I didn't take the whole thing down as "one bad apple don't spoil the whole bunch girl".
Hoping that the trolls stay away!

WOW how selfish of me eh? Just barely getting to your blog now. I have been up to my ears in things though. When I blog I type 2-3 blogs and save them then post on different days, so I am not around as much as I seem to be. I just add news of the day or such to them to keep them fresh, or boring! LOL
Thank you for chatting with us the other day. It is so much fun to meet other Rachel (and the clan) fans! I wonder at times if some are real as they portray but that is only because of the nutsos I have had comment on my blog in the past! I cleaned house.
You have some great history I am reading with The Who. How neat! I also like your dogs! How sweet is that, but sad one is not around anymore! Such companions they are.
