Hello Again......
Hi all,
I went to see Bon Jovi last night. It was a last minute decision to go......fooled around on ticketmaster and got great seats 2 days before the show. I saw them in 87' and they were great. They are not The Stones or Clapton or Bowie or U2 and they are certainly not The Who......but I do love them. I was always a big Richie Sambora fan even though Jon Bon is very cute. So!!!!
last night was a lot of fun. They were truly GREAT!!!!!! I was very happy to be there and it brought back being 28 which is how old I was when I first saw them. Richie cut his fingers while playing and was bleeding all over himself, his guitar and the stage. Jon made a big deal of it and asked him if he thought he was Pete Townshend???? All in all a great night of Rock and Roll.
going to see bonnie Raitt on Thursday, I invited my mom to go with me....a little mother/daughter bonding. I'll report back

I so remember the 87 show. We were screaming like little girls and the actual little girls seemed a little frightened of us... I bet the show was great fun....
Hi Gigi, Going to Bonnie Raitt with your mom is a brilliant idea!
My mom moved out here to live near us the last three years of her life, when she was in the last stage of cancer. She and I went to so many concerts together in those last couple of years. Several of them were her favorite singers like Gordon Lightfoot, Kenny Rankin, Tony Bennett, Rosemary Clooney...it was great.
I always read your comments on Rachel's blog and think I should come over to see yours. Finally I did!

hello. i don't even know how i came across your blog, but i liked it very much. love the who's pix on the post bellow and the adam clayton story. i lived in nyc once, for a very short period time, and i dream about going back. anyways, it seems you don't blog anymore. too bad.
